BT Ingenium as part of the continuous improvement activities of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality System management has successfully concluded the 6-Sigma project n ° SS07 started in 2019 to fully digitize the document archive of the Sales and Marketing area of the your client.
From 01/01/2020 Torresan no longer keeps the documents of the sales function in paper format and takes advantage of the new document management system implemented with the ERP business management software already used in the company also for sales archive management.
The project wanted and started by Torresan’s management as a goal of continuous growth and improvement of the company, was assigned to the Quality manager ing. Bove of BT Ingenium who has been supporting his client since 2016 for the management of the corporate Quality function.
The economic return objective of the project was assigned and assessed on the basis of the elimination of paper prints (paper and printer costs) and the sales operator time necessary for the reorganization and creation and management of the paper folders. Furthermore, the optimization of the spaces used and the reduction of time and costs destined for the management of archives up to the disposal of paper at the end of validity was considered as a positive factor for business improvement.
