The maintenance manuals are not technical product documentation of secondary importance in the management of a product life cycle, but are always the result of a real project and editorial process that requires specific experience and expertise and that in the case of our specialists it is basically based on the knowledge of the application sectors and on the use of the methods of RAMS (Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety) and RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) analyzes.

[2022/2025] – Stationary Railway Sector
Maintenance Manuals of Totem and Wall Mounted Station Passenger Information Displays for different product lines of various display technologies (TFT, Led, e-ink) for our customer (final customers CUBIC bus stations United States, ZIM for SBB stations Germany , Banenor stations Norway, Clear Channel Madrid Spain bus stations and others in Europe / USA). Troubleshooting manuals and maintenance instructions have been drawn up, complete with maintenance work sheets for each spare part. In addition, the installation and uninstallation instruction documents for the products have been created separately.
On some projects, the customer’s design was supported for the creation of technical project documentation (wiring diagrams, study, design and drawing of wiring and wiring tables, product block diagrams for use in manuals and product documentation).

Station Passenger Information Totem Maintenance Manuals (Smart Information Display for SBB stations on the Swiss railway network). Troubleshooting manuals and maintenance instructions have been prepared complete with maintenance work sheets for each spare part. In addition, the installation and uninstallation instructions for the products were produced separately.
